Architectural asphalt shingles, standing seam and exposed-fastener metal, natural and synthetic cedar shake, and TPO membrane for flat and low-slope commercial roofs. We run our own standing seam roll-forming machine, so metal panels are cut to exact length on site.
Warranty depends on the type of material you use. Qualifying shingle systems can be covered up to 15 years on labor and 50 years on materials if you choose a GAF shingle. On new construction the manufacturer warranty is transferrable to the homeowner as well.
